Syrup Preparation:

  • Water 2 l
  • Hibiscus Flowers 150 g
  • Fresh Mint Leaves 20 pc
  • Sugar 200 g
  • Cardamom 1 g
  • Star Anise 1 g

Assembly:

  1. Syrup Preparation:

    • Pour the water in a pot on medium heat.
    • In the pot, put Hibiscus flowers, mint, sugar, cardamom and star anise.
    • Let them reduce to the quarter, then let it cool down, and you have the syrup ready.
  2. Assembly:

    • Fill a glass with ice.
    • Add Hibiscus syrup and LIPTON Fresh Brewed Iced Tea.
    • Garnish with Hibiscus candied flowers.
