  • Ciabatta bread, square, split and toasted 1.0 Each
  • Chicken breastFried 120.0 g

  • Parmesan cheese 5.0 g
  • SauceCheese and mushroom 50.0 g
  • Beef Bacon cubes 25.0 g

  • Gruyere 20.0 g

  1. Cheese and Mushroom Sauce

    • In a pan on high heat add the oil and mushroom , stir until golden brown
    • Add the milk , cheddar cheese sauce ,parmesan cheese, Knorr Demi Glace and the crushed black pepper
    • Stir well , simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
  2. BBQ Jalapeño Sauce

    • Mix all ingredients together
    • Store in a container in the fridge
  3. Marinated Chicken

    • In a bowl add the chicken breast, chicken seasoning and water
    • Mix well and store in the fridge for at least 8 hours before using
  4. Flour Mix

    • Mix all ingredients together
    • Store in an airtight container

  6. Brine

    • In a pot over high heat add ( water, salt, white sugar, Knorr far east seasoning, black pepper and fresh thyme) until it starts boiling
    • Take it off heat and let it cool completely
    • Add the chicken breasts to the chilled brine, cover and brine in the fridge for 6 hours , strain after 6 hours
  7. Crispy Fried Chicken

    • Preheat the oil to 170c
    • Dip the marinated chicken in iced water then in flour mix , return again to iced water an then flour mix
    • Fry for 7 minutes
    • Take the chicken out of the frying oil and place it on a wire rack
