Potato Salad:

  • English Mustard 50 g
  • Potatoes, cubed, boiled 2 kg
  • Cucumber pickle, sliced 100 g
  • Lemon Zest 10 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper 5 g
  • Chives, chopped 30 g

Garnish:

  • Corn oil 30 ml
  • Sundried Tomato Pesto 60 g
  1. Potato Salad:

    • Mix all ingredients together and plate.
  2. Garnish:

    • Mix Knorr Corn Oil with Sundried Tomato Pesto, drizzle over potato salad.
