Leek, Spinach, Pea and Mint Soup:

  • Peas, frozen 200.0 g
  • Fresh mint leaves 40.0 g
  • Baby leaf spinach 50.0 g
  • Full cream milk powder 40.0 g
  1. Leek, Spinach, Pea and Mint Soup:

    • Place the water in a pan and bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup Powder and simmer for 3 minutes.
    • Add in the peas and cook for 3 minutes.
    • Stir in the mint, baby spinach and milk powder and allow the leaves to wilt.
    • Blend until smooth and serve.
