Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise:

Prepare and Building the Burger:

  • Black Beans, drained, partially mashed 1500.0 g
  • Breadcrumbs, plain 300.0 g
  • Bell Pepper, red, chopped 100.0 g
  • Onion, chopped 100.0 g
  • Garlic, minced 15.0 g
  • Black pepper, crushed 5.0 g
  • Pinch of crushed black pepper 125.0 g
  • Eggs 3.0 pc
  • Tomato slices 10.0 pc
  • Hamburger buns, halved 10.0 pc
  • Parsley, leaves only, no stems, chopped 5.0 g
  • Coriander, finely chopped 5.0 pc
  1. Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise:

    • Mix together Hellmann's Sandwich Mayonnaise, lemon zest, herbs and Knorr Lime Seasoning.
  2. Prepare and Building the Burger:

    • Combine black pepper, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, garlic, black beans, bell pepper, onion, toasted cumin seeds and Knorr Vegetable Bouillon Powder.
    • Shape patties at about 170g for each.
    • Coat sauté pan lightly with olive oil and heat over medium heat. Fry patties lightly browned on both sides and heated through.
    • Spread cut sides of bun evenly with Lemon-Herb Mayonnaise and build burgers.
