Tomato Salsa:

  • Tomatoes 180 g
  • White onions 80 g
  • Green chilli 5 g
  • Coriander leaves 8 g
  • Oil 20 ml
  • Lime juice 15 ml

Sauce:

  • Chilli paste 5 g
  • Sweet smoked paprika 2 g
  • Fresh lime juice 2 g

Shrimps:

  • Prawns 30 pc
  • Garlic puree 10 g

To Serve:

  • Corn tortillas 10 x
  • Avocado
  • Green chilli
  • Coriander
  • Lime
  1. Tomato Salsa:

    • Chop the tomatoes without the seeds into equal cubes. Mix with finely chopped onion, chili and coriander. Season with oil, pepper, salt and lime juice.
  2. Sauce:

    • Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Shrimps:

    • Put a pan on high heat, add some oil and add the prawns and garlic puree.
  4. To Serve:

    • Take a warm tortilla and start with the tomato salsa, add the roasted prawns and finish it with some avocado, green chilli, coriander, lime juice and the chipotle mayonnaise.
