Roasted Salmon Steak with Salad
Succulent Salmon drizzled with a tangy, citrus sauce.

Ingredients
Main Dish:

Salmon portions, raw skin on, scaled 200 g pieces 10 pc
Sauce:

Knorr Hollandaise Sauce (6x1L) 500 ml

Butter 100 g
To Serve:

Sliced fennel 400 g

Radish, sliced 200 g

Dill leaves 50 g
Preparation

Main Dish:
- Pan sear the salmon and lightly roast in the oven.

Sauce:
- Mix Knorr Lime Seasoning with water. Combine the Knorr Hollandaise Sauce with the prepared Knorr Lime Seasoning and butter and heat.

To Serve:
- Serve with the fennel, radish and dill.
