To Serve:

  • Olive oil 100.0 ml
  • Pomegranates, fresh 200.0 g
  • Capers 40.0 g
  1. Main Dish:

    • Prepare the Potato aioli by boiling the water and whisking in the Knorr Mashed Potato. Add the garlic puree, cream and olive oil, whisk well.
  2. Fish:

    • Pan fry the seasoned fish in a little olive oil.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve together with the pomegranate and caper salad.
