Crisp Chicken:

Chicken breast, cubes 1.2 kg

All purpose flour 200 g

Freshly ground black pepper 5 g

Chinese bread crumbs 200 g

Eggs, beaten 7 pc

Frying oil 2 l
Dynamite Sauce:
-
Sriracha chilli sauce 30 g

Honey 20 g
Sandwich:
-
Tortilla wraps 10 pc

Cheddar cheese, sliced 300 g

Avocado, ripe 300 g
-
Tomatoes, sliced 250 g

Spring onions sliced 100 g

Coriander leaves 30 g
Preparation

Crisp Chicken:
- Season flour with Knorr Chicken Stock Powder and black pepper powder.
- Bread chicken cubes, using the breading technique, flour mix, egg, and then bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in frying oil until golden brown, remove and drain excess oil.
- Toss fried chicken pieces in dynamite sauce.

Dynamite Sauce:
- Whisk all ingredients together.

Sandwich:
- Lay bread tortilla on board, spread Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise, top with dynamite chicken, and add all other ingredients, wrap and toast.
