Squid:

Smoked Chilli Aioli:

  • Garlic cloves, minced 3.0 pc
  • Salt to sprinkle
  • Pepper to sprinkle
  • Olive oil 3.0 tbsp

To Serve:

  • Rocket Leaves
  • Lemon, caramelised
  1. Squid:

    • Clean, trim and cut into pieces, score.
    • Combine Knorr Fish Stock Powder, flour and pepper. Dip squid into mix and fry until cooked. Quickly fry capers.
  2. Smoked Chilli Aioli:

    • In a bowl, combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with all smoked chilli aioli ingredients.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve with squid, rocket and caramelised lemons.
