Crispy Squid with Smoked Chilli Aioli
Step it up! This crispy flash fried squid with a kickin' smoked chilli aioli, will dazzle your guests, an easy to deliver appetizer to celebrate the festive holidays.

Ingredients
Squid:

Plain flour 200.0 g

Freshly ground black pepper 10.0 g

Squid tubes, cleaned, scored 8.0 x

Salted capers 100.0 g
Smoked Chilli Aioli:

Garlic cloves, minced 3.0 pc

Salt to sprinkle

Pepper to sprinkle

Olive oil 3.0 tbsp
To Serve:

Preparation

Squid:
- Clean, trim and cut into pieces, score.
- Combine Knorr Fish Stock Powder, flour and pepper. Dip squid into mix and fry until cooked. Quickly fry capers.

Smoked Chilli Aioli:
- In a bowl, combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with all smoked chilli aioli ingredients.

- Serve with squid, rocket and caramelised lemons.
