Philly Steak Roll
Who hasn’t heard of the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich!?
Our chefs take it up a notch by adding Knorr Gravy to the cheese sauce. The result? A meatier, intense flavour that you ought to try out for yourself!

Ingredients
Steak:

Skirt steak 1 kg
Cheese Sauce:
-
Butter 20 g

White onion, finely chopped 150 g

Knorr Brown Gravy Base (6x800g) 50 g

Mixed grated cheese parmesan cheese/gruyere cheese/provolone cheese 300 g

Milk bun hotdog rolls 10 pc

Pickled jalapenos, sliced 150 g
Preparation

Steak:
- Cook, rest, and slice thinly.

Cheese Sauce:
- Add butter and white onion to saucepan and sweat, add 100ml warm water, Knorr Gravy and grated cheese. Add steak back to pan and warm through.
- Fill buns with steak and sauce, top with pickled jalapenos, extra sauce and extra grated cheese.
