Double Cream 100 ml

Garlic puree 40 g

Mature cheddar cheese 140 g
Preparation

Mushroom Cheese and Garlic Soup:
- Place the water in a pan and bring to the boil.
- Whisk in the Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Powder and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add the double cream, Knorr Mashed Potato, garlic puree and grated cheese then simmer for 2 minutes.
- Blend until smooth and serve.
