Mushroom Cheese and Garlic Soup:

  • Water 1.6 l
  • Double Cream 100 ml
  • Garlic puree 40 g
  • Mature cheddar cheese 140 g
  1. Mushroom Cheese and Garlic Soup:

    • Place the water in a pan and bring to the boil.
    • Whisk in the Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Powder and simmer for 3 minutes.
    • Add the double cream, Knorr Mashed Potato, garlic puree and grated cheese then simmer for 2 minutes.
    • Blend until smooth and serve.
