Preparation:

  • Water 2.0 l
  • Chicken breast, cubes 500.0 g
  • Onion, finely chopped 100.0 g
  • Potatoes, cut into medium dice 300.0 g
  • Red peppers, small dice 300.0 g
  • Bay Leaves 1.0 g
  • Black pepper 2.0 g
  1. Preparation:

    • Bring the water to boil in a stock pot, add the Knorr Chicken Stock Powder then add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
    • Sauté onions and peppers.
    • Add the onion, potatoes, red peppers and bay leaves cook for 6 minutes until the vegetables is cooked.
    • Adjust the seasoning and add Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup Powder cook for 5 more minutes.
