Cream of Chicken and Potato Soup
A soup is very important in Ramadan, they are light, tasty and healthy and hence perfect for breaking the fast. A twist on a cream of chicken soup, we added more vegetables. View full recipe below.

Potatoes, cut into medium dice 300.0 g

Red peppers, small dice 300.0 g

Preparation

Preparation:
- Bring the water to boil in a stock pot, add the Knorr Chicken Stock Powder then add the chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Sauté onions and peppers.
- Add the onion, potatoes, red peppers and bay leaves cook for 6 minutes until the vegetables is cooked.
- Adjust the seasoning and add Knorr Cream of Chicken Soup Powder cook for 5 more minutes.
