  1. Cajun Shrimp:

    • Dip the prawns in the beaten eggs and then the combined flour, Cajun spice, Knorr Professional Fish Stock Powder and salt. Deep fry until cooked through and golden.
  2. Chipotle Mayo:

    • Combine Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise and Knorr Hickory BBQ Sauce.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve shrimp with chipotle mayo and sprigs of coriander.
