Salt and Pepper Squid Salad
Use Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder to give the mayonnaise a special twist in this light salt and pepper squid dish.

Ingredients
Salt and Pepper Squid:

Seafrost Salt and Pepper Squid 1 kg
Salad:
-
Soya sauce 150 ml

Mirin 100 ml

Mixed salad leaves 350 g

Cucumber, thinly sliced 250 g

Carrots, thinly sliced 200 g
Lime Mayonnaise:
Preparation

Salt and Pepper Squid:
- Deep fry Salt and Pepper Squid.

Salad:
- Mix soy sauce and mirin together then combine salad leaves, cucumber and carrots.

Lime Mayonnaise:
- Combine Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.

To Serve:
- Place the salad in a serving bowl and add salt and pepper squid, serve with lime mayonnaise.
