Salt and Pepper Squid:

  • Seafrost Salt and Pepper Squid 1.0 kg


  • Soya sauce 150.0 ml
  • Mirin 100.0 ml
  • Mixed salad leaves 350.0 g
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced 250.0 g
  • Carrots, thinly sliced 200.0 g

Lime Mayonnaise:

  1. Salt and Pepper Squid:

    • Deep fry Salt and Pepper Squid.
  2. Salad:

    • Mix soy sauce and mirin together then combine salad leaves, cucumber and carrots.
  3. Lime Mayonnaise:

    • Combine Knorr Lime Seasoning Powder and Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.
  4. To Serve:

    • Place the salad in a serving bowl and add salt and pepper squid, serve with lime mayonnaise.
