Potato Waffle with Poached Egg:

  • Water, hot 400 ml
  • Butter 125 g
  • Flour 225 g
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 3 pc
  • Olive oil 40 ml
  • Wild spinach 500 g
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Smoked Salmon 500 g
  • Eggs, poached 10 pc
  • Goat cheese grated 130 g
  • Red chilli chopped 5 g

Enjoy it with:

  1. Potato Waffle with Poached Egg:

    • Make the waffles by combining all ingredients together and baking.
    • Before serving, pan fry the spinach with some oil for a couple of seconds and season with salt and pepper.
    • Put some smoked salmon on top of the waffle, add the spinach, poached egg and pour the Knorr Hollandaise Sauce over the egg.
