Potato Waffle with Poached Egg:

  • Water, hot 400.0 ml
  • Butter 125.0 g
  • Flour 225.0 g
  • Baking powder 1.0 tsp
  • Eggs 3.0 pc
  • Olive oil 40.0 ml
  • Wild spinach 500.0 g
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Smoked Salmon 500.0 g
  • Eggs, poached 10.0 pc
  • Goat cheese grated 130.0 g
  • Red chilli chopped 5.0 g
  • Knorr Hollandaise Sauce (6x1L) 250.0 ml

Enjoy it with:

  1. Potato Waffle with Poached Egg:

    • Make the waffles by combining all ingredients together and baking.
    • Before serving, pan fry the spinach with some oil for a couple of seconds and season with salt and pepper.
    • Put some smoked salmon on top of the waffle, add the spinach, poached egg and pour the Knorr Hollandaise Sauce over the egg.
