Preparation

  1. Shrimps Cooking

    • Blanch the shrimps in boiling water after adding 20g of Knorr Fish Stock Powder
    • After boiling for 7 minutes, leave the shrimps to chill
  2. Dressing

    • Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl
  3. Salad

    • Mix the dressing with the salad ingredients
    • Garnish with the fruits
    • Place 4 shrimps on to of each dish
