Duchess Potato:

  • Water 1.3 l
  • Cooking Cream 100.0 ml
  • Butter, melted 100.0 g
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 100.0 g
  • Egg Yolks 3.0 pc
  • Black pepper, crushed 2.0 g
  • Nutmeg powder 1.0 g
  • Parchment paper 1.0 pc
  1. Duchess Potato:

    • Add Knorr Mashed Potato to hot water and mix well until dissolved and smooth.
    • Add the cream, butter and half of parmesan cheese, and egg yolks.
    • Season with Knorr Professional Arabic Spices Mix, black pepper and nutmeg.
    • Mix well and place in a piping bag with a large star shape tip.
    • Pipe on the baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with butter, sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan cheese and bake at 200°C for about 12 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and centre is hot.
    • Serve with any type of roast, with gravy.
