Method:

  • Lamb, minced 600 g
  • Beef, minced 600 g
  • Onion, grated 100 g
  • Parsley fresh, chopped 10 g
  • Knorr Beef Flavored Stock Powder (6x1.1Kg) 30 g
  • Whole meal flour 50 g
  • Corn oil 50 g

For the Sauce:

  • Corn oil 30 g
  • Onion, sliced 200 g
  • Garlic, crushed 50 g
  • Fresh tomato 1 kg
  • Water 600 ml
  • Knorr Beef Flavored Stock Powder (6x1.1Kg) 10 g
  • Tomato, paste 100 g
  • Walnuts, lightly toasted 50 g
  1. Method:

    • Mix, meat, onion, mint, parsley, Knorr Mix Grill Seasoning and Knorr Beef Bouillon Powder. Knead the meat mix until incorporated, form small 25 gm meat balls.
    • Pass meat balls through flour and remove excess flour, oil the meat balls and place on baking tray.
    • Preheat oven 180°C, and bake the meatballs for 15 mints.
  2. For the Sauce:

    • For the sauce, sauté onion, garlic in corn oil until soft, add Knorr Mix Grill Seasoning, fresh tomato, water and Knorr Beef Bouillon Powder, simmer all ingredients together for only 5 minutes.
    • Pour sauce over the meat ball in the same pan, bake in oven for another 10 minutes or until meat is cooked and sauce is consistent.
    • Sprinkle with pine nuts and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
    • Serve with white rice pilaf.
