Asian Coleslaw
This Asian Coleslaw recipe is quick and easy with lots of bright colours and exciting textures. Add shrimps, chicken or crispy duck for variation.

Ingredients
Dressing

Water 30.0 ml

Ginger juice 30.0 ml

Black pepper, crushed 5.0 g

Salt 3.0 g
Salad

Carrots 400.0 g
-
Red onions, julienne 300.0 g

White cabbage, shredded 500.0 g

Apple, cored and sliced 200.0 g

Mint fresh, chopped 50.0 g
-
Coriander, fresh, finely chopped 50.0 g
Garnish

Beans sprouts 200.0 g
Preparation

Dressing
- Combine all the ingredients including Knorr Lime Seasoning and Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise in a blender and mix until silky smooth.

Salad
- Slice carrots, cabbage and onions into thin julienne cuts using a mandolin or grater. Cube the apples and pick the leaves of the mint and coriander. Max all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add as much dressing as you like.

Garnish
- Top the salad with bean sprouts for a nutritious crunch.

Presentation
- Simply add a protein like crispy duck for an interesting variation.
