Roasted Garlic & Olive Falafel
Our Falafel recipe is a twist on the traditional version but only slightly. The patty is made from Fava beans. For better colour and nutritional value we added roasted garlic & olives. View full recipe below!

Falafel Preparation:

Parsley fresh, chopped 10.0 g

Preparation

Falafel Preparation:
- In a food processor start by pureeing parsley, coriander, leeks, onions & roasted garlic.
- Then add the beans and puree for 3 minutes, then add the black olives, and blend for 2 more minutes
- Add the coriander, Knorr Vegetable Stock Powder and Knorr Lime Seasoning, puree for one more minute
- Using an ice cream scoop make a ball and press it to a patty with your fingers. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds on both sides.
- Deep fry at 170°C for 3 minutes on both sides.
