• Parsley fresh, chopped 10.0 g
  • Basil, chopped 20.0 g
  • Leeks, chopped 50.0 g
  • Onion, finely grated 50.0 g
  • Olives, green, diced 100.0 g
  • Garlic 25.0 g
  • Fava beans, soaked, peeled 700.0 g
  • Coriander seeds, crushed 2.0 g
  • White sesame seeds 20.0 g
  • Oil for frying

  1. Preparation:

    • In a food processor start by pureeing parsley, basil, leeks, onions, green olives & garlic then add the beans and puree it for 3 minutes then add the green olives , and pure it for 2 more minutes.
    • Add the coriander, and Knorr Vegetable Stock Powder and Knorr Lime Seasoning and puree for one more minute.
    • Using an ice cream scoop make a ball and press it to a patty with your fingers and petit with the sesame seeds on both sides.
    • Deep fry it in a deep fryer 175°C - 3 minutes on each side.
