• Oil 50.0 ml
  • Zucchini tofu patties 10.0 pc
  • Brioche buns, split 10.0 pc
  • Chilli relish 200.0 g
  • Baby leaf spinach 100.0 g
  • Rocket Leaves 120.0 g

To Serve:

  1. Burger:

    • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Cook zucchini tofu patties in batches until golden brown then remove and drain on a paper towel. Keep warm. Alternatively, cook patties on a flat grill plate.
    • Mix together Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise with water. Set aside.
    • Toast buns until golden.
    • To assemble burgers, spread the base of the bun with the Chilli Relish. Top with zucchini tofu patty, tomato and rocket. Spread bun lid with mayonnaise, place on burger.
  2. To Serve:

    • Serve burger with chips and extra Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise.
